Turn uncertainty into clarity

Common signs you need a Health Check

Most Fabric cost and performance problems don’t start with a bad decision. They start as small signs that compound over time.

The pilot that slowed down in production

What worked in a pilot now takes longer, refreshes fail more often, and users are waiting on data.

The AI rollout nobody sized

New AI and data initiatives are landing on the same capacity, and nobody knows the real impact.

The spike that won't go away

Consumption keeps climbing, users are being throttled, and it’s unclear what’s causing it.

From data to decisions

What the Health Check delivers

A focused, practical assessment designed to give you clear answers and a prioritized path forward.

Consumption baseline

See which workloads, workspaces, and activities are driving capacity usage.

Performance & risk findings

Identify where throttling risk and workload competition are building.

Prioritized action plan

Know which actions to evaluate first before buying more capacity.

Why Lantern

The goal is not simply to minimize Fabric spend. The goal is to match spend to value while protecting the workloads the business depends on.

Check Your Readiness

Can you answer these five questions with data?

If any of these are hard to answer, a Health Check can help you find the gaps.

If any answer is "partly" or "it's a best guess," the first move probably isn't buying more capacity. It's establishing a clear baseline. That's exactly what the Health Check is for.

Common Questions

FAQ

No. Our goal is to find the lowest-cost way to fix your challenges. In many cases that means optimization, better workload separation, or challenges to how workloads share capacity, not a larger SKU. We’ll only discuss additional capacity if it’s genuinely the right solution for your situation.

The Metrics App is the right foundation, and we use it. But because of smoothing, a utilization snapshot often doesn’t explain why users are being throttled, or whose workload caused it. The Health Check connects what you see to what’s actually driving it.

No. The Health Check reviews consumption and monitoring data; it doesn’t change your workloads.

Scope depends on your environment, so we’ll cover format, timing and cost on our first call.

A Lantern specialist will reach out to schedule a short conversation at a time that works for you. No obligation.
