In 2023, Lantern’s Marquam studio was again honored to be awarded “The Fastest Growing 100 Companies Award” by the Portland Business Journal. Marquam Studio is honored to be part of such an exclusive and critical group of organizations leading the regional economy forward and to be named one of Oregon’s fastest growing companies for 5 consecutive years.
Honored Microsoft Partner
Lantern’s Marquam Studio was named a 2018 Internet of Things Partner of the Year Finalist. The company was honored among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional solutions during the past year. Awards were presented in multiple categories, with winners chosen from a set of more than 2,600 entrants from 115 countries.
DevFacto, Lantern’s Canadian Studio, was honored as a winner in the category of Enterprise Cloud Productivity Innovation at the 2017 Microsoft IMPACT Awards for work with Enbridge on the OnePlan solution. The IMPACT Awards reflect areas in which Microsoft is growing and transforming. All categories are very competitive and award winners have shown a proven commitment to quality and innovation by delivering outstanding performances.

Award Winning Innovation
The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) announced the Excellence, Merit, Best of the Best and other special award winners of the 2018 Gold Quill Awards program (#IABCGQ). Together, Laura Konsorada of DevFacto and Claire Watson of Cropley Communication were awarded a 2018 IABC Gold Quill Award of Excellence in Communication Management for Sparrow, DevFacto’s innovative internal communication app. For more than 40 years, IABC’s Gold Quill Awards have recognized excellence in strategic communication worldwide and are acknowledged as one of the most prestigious awards programs in the profession.
“Only exceptional work earns an IABC Gold Quill Award,” said Cindy Schmieg ABC, IABC Fellow, chair of the awards committee. Each entry is rigorously reviewed by multiple experienced communicators from around the world who are trained in applying IABC’s Global Standard of the Communication Profession.
